Q: "I accidentally ordered the wrong shirt, can I return it?"
A: No, please ensure you have ordered the correct product and size when completing an order
Q: "The item/size I want is out of stock, when will it restock?"
A: Shirts never restock and are limited in stock
Q: "Where is the money going for charity?"
A: On the "Dogs" page on this website, all information about where the charity money is going is listed
Q: "How does local shipment work?"
A: Based on the address you input, and if it is in Bellingham, I will hand deliver it to you to cut down shipping prices for locals. If you chose the Local shipment and are not nearby, your order will be canceled
Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. Since parts of the proceeds go to charity, refunds are not accepted and sizing and shipping information must be ensured before placing an order.
If an item arrives defective, or the wrong item was sent to you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible for an exchange of the same product, if the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued back to the original payment method used when the item was purchased. Items that have been washed or worn will be excluded from this policy and are not eligible for exchanges.
Products are shipped 1-3 days after an order is placed, due to all products being shipped by hand by one person, allow time for shipment during busy times of the year. All packages are shipped from Bellingham, Washington using USPS first class mail. If you select the local option while checking out, please only select if you live in Bellingham.
